How do I know I am getting high quality modular charms?

 All of our bracelets and charm links are made from top grade Stainless Steel.  You can rest assured of getting the best quality charms on the market today.  These links will last a lifetime.
 
Q. Are your charms compatible with other charms & bracelets?
A.

 

 All of the charms manufactured by I Love Italian Charms will Interchange with all charms of the same size.
 
Q. Will my bracelets or charms tarnish?
A.

 

 

 You may wear your bracelet everyday, worry free,  because we use  only the highest quality Stainless Steel.  The charms will not tarnish, however, as with any high quality piece of jewelry, most manufacturers suggest you remove your jewelry when showering, swimming or bathing.
 
Q. What payment methods are available?
A.

 

 

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card for payment. You may also pay with PayPal or with a cashiers check/money order.  Orders paid with money order or cashier’s check will be delayed until the item has cleared the bank, usually within 10 days.
 
Q. How fast will you ship my order?
A.

 

 Because the majority of our products are made at time of order, your charms will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment.
 
Q. What carrier do you use to ship my order?
A. We ship using USPS, and USPS priority mail.  International orders are shipped via USPS express mail.
 
Q. What are your shipping costs?
A.

 

 

 

 If your order totals $50 or more, your shipping and handling is FREE! If your order is 10 charms or less the cost for shipping is $2.50, plus a small handling fee. Over 10 pieces add $.50 each. International orders up to 10 items is $4.50 with $1.00 for each additional charm. If you would like your package shipped overnight, please contact us at Toll Free at 866-569-2708 and we will quote you shipping costs.
 
Q. Can men wear this bracelet?
A. Most Definitely. The Italian Charm Bracelet is made to be worn by Men, Women and Children.
 
Q. Can you tell me about your return policy?
A.

 

 We will replace any defective or damaged bracelet or charm, with the same bracelet or charm, if you contact us within seven days of receiving your order.
 
Q. How do I know what size starter bracelet to order?
A. All starter bracelets come with 18 links. In order for the bracelet to fit your wrist size, you will need to refer to the chart listed below.
